Our Material

Coffee Grounds

Using discarded coffee grounds in our plant pots not only reduces waste but also repurposes a resource that would otherwise end up in landfills. Coffee grounds are rich in nutrients, providing a natural fertilizer for plants while promoting healthy soil. By incorporating coffee grounds, we contribute to a circular economy, turning a common waste product into a valuable growing medium that supports both plant growth and environmental sustainability.

Agar Agar

Agar agar, derived from seaweed, is a natural, biodegradable alternative to synthetic materials. Its use in our plant pots helps bind the ingredients together, creating a lightweight and durable structure. As a renewable resource, agar agar not only minimizes the environmental impact associated with petroleum-based products but also enriches the soil with essential minerals as it breaks down, promoting healthy root development and plant growth.

Sawdust

Sawdust is a byproduct of woodworking that is often considered waste. By incorporating sawdust into our plant pots, we reduce waste and utilise a sustainable resource. Sawdust improves aeration and drainage in the potting mix, enhancing root health and overall plant vitality. Additionally, it is biodegradable, ensuring that our plant pots will break down naturally over time, returning valuable organic matter to the soil and supporting the ecosystem.
